Oceanrock Studios continues to offer children the opportunity to explore the world of rock and music This summer :- Mon 5th July to Sat 10th July ; Mon 9th August to Sat 13th August 2010. In groups of 4, students attend two 2 hour sessions During these sessions, each student will participate in tuition in Guitar; Bass; Drums; Keyboards and Electronic Music Production. DJ, Music Software, Songwriting, Recording and most of all having AN AWESOME TIME!

Each "band" will record a CD by the end of their two sessions. Content of each groups sessions is tailored to suit the individuals involved. No experience necessary and all equipment is provided. This is a brilliant means of introducing students to music … without committing to weekly lessons and practice! The students have a great deal of fun – and achieve a surprising amount over the two sessions.

Pairs of workshops will take place each week on consecutive days

Monday & Tuesday; Wed & Thursday, Friday & Saturday

At the same time-: 9.30am – 11.30am , or 12.30pm – 2.30pm, 3:30 - 5:30pm

OR there can be 2 sessions in the same day at the above times.

The cost for the 2 sessions will be £30 per student.
